Our Dubai inspired cookie is a treat like no other! It starts with a soft cookie dough base loaded with semi-sweet chocolate chips. On top, you'll find creamy pistachio goodness, while the inside surprises you with crispy phyllo shreds. To finish, it’s all covered in smooth milk chocolate.
General ingredients: Plain flour, butter, white sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, semi-sweet chocolate chip, pistachio cream, Kenafeh, milk chocolate, vanilla extract, eggs, salt, baking powder, baking soda.
